And don't pass up the chocolate chip cookies! Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling - we only needed one other meal each day. There are many common areas - a rooftop deck overlooking the farmlands, a game room with pool table and large screen TV, a workout room with a good deal of equipment, numerous cozy seating areas for relaxing, and round the clock hot and cold beverages. We had beautiful weather which truly lends to the beauty of the place.
The trees surrounding the property block out any traffic noise. We were quite shocked that it was literally off of major road, but you would never know it once inside. We felt as though we were staying with family. What a beautiful B&B! the grounds are lovely and immaculate, the rooms comfy and the staff goes above and beyond. We originally planned to stay at the same place as last year, but somehow Twin Pine Manor popped up, so we decided to switch. We stayed in Lancaster Cty last year for our anniversary and decided to go back again. It is a small world.We would like to thank Norman and all the staff for providing such a beautiful place to stay and a wonderful experience. In fact we met one nice couple that lives in the next town over from our home. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating.We enjoyed meeting some of the other guests and finding out where they traveled from and what their plans were during their stay.
Amy and Brenda took care of breakfast for us over the three days and the food was delicious and presentation was great. Our suite was clean and very well appointed making our stay really enjoyable.This time we were greeted by Amber who took us through the various rooms and to our suite answering any questions with a pleasant smile. This is the place to stay if you just want to relax and get away from everything or as a central point to the surrounding attractions. This was our second time staying here and both times were in the Valentine's Suite and everything was just perfect.
